Once you receive the packages, please check with the below points for attention: 1. Package Checking - Please confirm if the quantity of arrival packages is same as the shipment bill write and the integrality of the packages, don’t sign for if there is any problem;2. Damage, Quality, Color ProblemIf the items you received have Damage, Quality or Color problem, please send us close-up pictures to show the detail of all faulty goods and advise us the detail quantity.2. Size problemIf the goods you received are in wrong size, please send us pictures of the items together with calipers or ruler to show the size you received.3. Missing If you doubt any item missing, please double check if the item was ignored in some corner; if any item is short, please check the weight and inform us.Please also check if the package was damaged or have been unpacked, if so, send us a photo of the package at the first time for our checking. |
